I've got a 24-axis line where two slaves randomly drop to INIT during peak production, then recover on their own. Cables check out, and the master log shows working counter errors right before the drop. Power supply ripple is my next suspect, but I can't catch it on a scope. Has anyone traced a similar fault to power, EMI, or a marginal slave?
